WMYR was the original Classic Country station in Ft Myers. The first station to bring ELVIS to town, before he was a superstar. We are proud to bring back the great music of Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire….along with new classic country artists like Alan Jackson, Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw. What you won’t hear is pop. If Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson are your idea of Classic Country, you wont find them here, there are other great radio stations that play them. WMYR plays Country favorites you might not hear anywhere else. It is great to be back!
