CJMC FM 106 MHz is one of the leading FM stations in Kathmandu, situated at Dhumbarahi, Mandhikatar.It is the first educational radio in Nepal, community operated and dedicated to educate, inform and entertain its audience. It started airing from 1st September 2005 with 100watts transmission with a slogan
“Communication for Change”
Being an educational radio, our programs are mainly based on education. Besides, we also air infotaining and socio-cultural programs, and current affairs especially targeted towards choice of youths and adults in particular, encompassing a wide variety of national issues in general and up to date news for our esteemed listeners.
