Europe by Satellite is the European Union's TV information service, was launched in 1995 and provides EU related audiovisual material via satellite to media professionals. The programming consists of a mix of live events, news items, stockshots on EU policies and issues.We broadcast news feeds in accordance with the EbS Schedule : http://ec.europa.eu/avservices/ebs/schedule.cfm in uncontinuous mode. It explains that large slots of silence may occur on the channels provided.
