"Being Who We Are" is RCM’s mission, and the foundation on which community radio station CIDI 99.1 FM has been built and will continue to develop. CIDI’s raison d’etre is to inspire self-confidence and to help build and sustain a strong community in our very special corner of Quebec’s Eastern Townships.
