Caribbean Positive Radio is an online radio station owned by two totally blind individuals, in the persons of Mr. Jamal Phillip from Grenada and Miss Tanshia Inniss from Barbados. At present we have five DJs, four are totally blind and one sighted.
The purpose of Caribbean Positive Radio is to serve the listening public in these areas; to entertain with a variety of positive music, descriptive movies for the blind and audio books not necessarily for the blind or visually impaired but also for those who find it difficult to read for whatever reason.
We are also striving to educate persons about various subjects by bringing you news and other interesting information. Whatever we do, our main focus is to keep a positive outlook and to encourage our listeners to keep looking on the positive side. We will also be bringing you not only gospel music but religious material to help motivate our listeners no matter your religion.
We are a group of well-rounded individuals of the Christian faith and we know that we were chosen to reach out to you with our radio station, we are also mindful of the fact that all listeners are not Christian and we are catering for you also. Here there is something for all , regardless of age, color, religion or class. Do enjoy our programming and feel free to contact us with ideas or positive criticism to help improve our broadcasting.
