The Radio is a founder member of the Cornwall Community Radio Network and through this and other organisations maintains links across the Duchy. It also supports Cornwall Council in its bid for recognition of Penwith’s unique heritage, together with its European cultural status.The station is based, thanks to its sponsors in the middle of Penzance in the Wharfside Shopping Centre. This central venue offers superb views over Mounts Bay. Presenters and volunteers reflect the whole region from the magic of East Penwith, animal rights in Hayle, festivals in St Just, wildlife in Marazion not to forget the cool cosmopolitan accents from distant places such as Santiago. Local musicians and freelance producers augment the station’s output.
