Unlike most stations, E.I.R. is not genre-based. Instead, it's programmed aurally with a playlist based on sound.
Traditional radio stations have a common mission of providing something for as large an audience as possible.
Edge Internet Radio aims for the opposite -- we would rather be loved by a few than try to be something to everybody.
